Our Relationship Managers work to improve productivity, customer relations and service. To do this, managers coordinate with, mentor and motivate sales leaders and branch managers. They conduct store and site visits to assess the conditions and recommend changes, as well as working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations to create bespoke specifications and solutions to help create safer environments for tenants.

Our I.T. department provides support to all technology users in the company. This can include installing new software and hardware, troubleshooting problems and training employees how to use devices and systems.

Our Warehouse team completes shipments by processing and loading orders. Preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Promoting a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
The Operations department is responsible for making sure that customer orders are fulfilled on schedule. This responsibility covers managing production rhythms, and also syncing manufacturing timelines with availability and delivery of materials needed for production.

Health and safety, ISO accreditations, and facilities management form the key parts of the operations team. Our Marketing department plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of an organisation. It is the Marketing Department’s job to reach out to prospects, customers, investors and/or the community, while creating an overarching image that represents our company in a positive light.

Our expert Technical department consists of supporting customers over the phone, responding to emails and live chats of a similar nature, offering technical support and advice on alarm selection, siting and installation as well as personalised specification documents.

Our Finance department is the part of the organisation that manages the money. The business functions of a finance department typically include planning, organising, auditing, accounting for and controlling its company’s finances. The Finance department also usually produces the company’s financial statements.

Our Sales department answer calls that are coming into the business, pro-active calls to Aico’s distribution channel, processing orders and general administrative duties.
