In this special edition of Aico TV, we revisit our recent webinar 'A Spotlight on Damp & Mould with the Housing Ombudsman'.
Hosted by our Sustainability & Ethics Lead, Sam Collier, we were joined by special guests from the Housing Ombudsman Service, Victoria King, Sector Learning and Development Lead and Alan Park, Compliance and Systemic Investigations Manager, as well as Mark England, Head of Innovation, Sustainability and Procurement at Coastline Housing.
With over 500 attendees from across the housing sector, the panellists summarised the Ombudsman's latest report, following up on 2021's Spotlight report. They also examined the implications for housing providers and demonstrated landlord good practice in response to the report's findings.
