CIH Scottish Housing Festival

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is hosting Scotland’s Housing Festival 2025, at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, located at The Exchange, 150 Morrison St, Edinburgh, EH3 8EE.
Highlights:
- Keynote address by former First Minister Nicola Sturgeon MSP on leadership, alongside George Walker, Chair of the Scottish Housing Regulator.
- Sessions covering topics such as the housing emergency, sustainable homes, net zero ambitions, housing careers, the impact of artificial intelligence and homelessness prevention.
- Networking opportunities, including roundtable discussions and campfire style sessions
- Charity fundraiser on March 4, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM at Brewhemia, 1A Market Street, Edinburgh. Tickets are £40 per person and include two drinks, canapés, entertainment and participation in a charity raffle supporting Barnardo’s.
