The Housing Technology Conference 2025 is scheduled for March 11–13, 2025, at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.

Agenda Overview:

March 11: Afternoon workshops followed by an evening welcome reception.
March 12–13: Main conference sessions featuring presentations and workshops on topics such as data management, artificial intelligence, customer service, cybersecurity, business intelligence, finance, assets and infrastructure, and team management.

Highlights:

• Keynote Speaker: Jason Bradbury, renowned for hosting “The Gadget Show,” will deliver a keynote titled “The Thousand-Year Decade,” exploring upcoming technological transformations and their implications for social housing and urban development.
• Panel Discussion: Experts from the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government, HACT, and ODX will discuss data standards in housing during a panel titled “Data standards – Does ‘one size’ really fit all?”
• Housing Technology Awards: The event will feature the Housing Technology Awards ceremony, celebrating outstanding projects within the sector.
