How do I replace my alarm?

Identifying your alarm is quick and simple – you will find the model number on the side or the back of the alarm head, along with a replace by date. Type the model number into the search bar of our website to find out more details about the product.

Most of our alarms have a 10-year life, after which they should be replaced to ensure you carry on getting the best protection. Simply check the Date Code label that is situated on the side of any Aico alarm, which tells you exactly when the alarm was made and its recommended ‘replace by’ date.

Regular alarm testing is essential to ensure your alarms remain in full working order and provide maximum protection. We recommend testing your alarms at least once a month!
