A Gateway to Healthier Homes: Melville Housing Association’s Proactive Approach to Damp and Mould

In anticipation of the Scottish Housing Regulator’s revised Annual Return on Charter indicators, Melville Housing Association has taken a proactive approach to tackling damp and mould. By implementing Aico’s Ei1000G SmartLINK Gateway and Environmental Sensors, the association leverages data to inform its strategy and improve resident living conditions.
