Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group (MSV) launched their Cosy Home Project to tackle the current housing crisis and meet Net Zero targets, retrofitting a pre-war, traditional property.

The retrofit introduced Aico’s Connected Home Solution to enhance living conditions alongside their Fabric First approach to monitor the impact of the improvement, be more environmentally friendly, and increase energy efficiency in the property.
