Plus Dane utilise Aico’s HomeLINK Connected Home Solution to improve resident safety

Plus Dane have recently installed the Aico HomeLINK Connected Home Solution in one of their assisted living schemes in Congleton. This will provide live monitoring of smoke and carbon monoxide detection in over 17 properties at St James Court.

Plus Dane are a housing association with a strong social purpose. With almost 600 employees, Plus Dane have more than 13,500 homes across Merseyside and Cheshire.
