Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund

Environmental Sensors and advanced data analytics for your SHDF project

HomeLINK collects and analyses advanced data about your homes at scale to facilitate the successful delivery of Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) projects.

Wave 2.1 of the BEIS-funded programme includes provision for digitalisation, enhancing housing stock data which enables landlords to:

  • Assess and prioritise properties for targeted retrofit work
  • Understand the impact of interventions for retrofit and disrepair
  • Provide ongoing monitoring of the condition and thermal performance of your stock, preventing unintended consequences
  • Comply with PAS 2035 and other emerging standards
